Service Termination & Offboarding Policy

At FlowNetPro, we believe in frictionless business. Just as our APIs are designed for rapid deployment, our cancellation process is built to be agile and transparent. This policy outlines how we handle the wind-down of technical services.

1. Subscription Flexibility

We don’t believe in locking you into rigid, outdated contracts.

  • Self-Service Exit: You can trigger a service stop via your Dashboard at any time. To prevent the next automated billing cycle, please ensure your request is logged at least 5 business days before your renewal date.
  • Pro-Rata Policy: As we allocate high-concurrency server resources specifically for your API volume, all payments are final. Your access will remain at full velocity until the final second of your current billing period.

2. The “Clean Break” Protocol

Because FlowNetPro is a high-speed technical conduit, we prioritize a clean technical exit:

  • Immediate Key Revocation: At the conclusion of your service term, all active API keys are instantly invalidated. We recommend a “soft-transition” on your end to ensure your application logic doesn’t stall when our gateway stops routing your traffic.
  • Zero-Trace Disposal: Once an account is closed, your custom routing configurations and environment variables are wiped from our active caches within 48 hours.

3. Refund Eligibility

FlowNetPro is a high-availability infrastructure provider. Refunds are only considered under the following Performance Guarantee:

  • If a verified Global System Failure occurs where our internal gateway latency exceeds 5,000ms for more than 12 consecutive hours, a service credit may be requested.
  • Standard “change of mind” or “project delay” on the client-side does not qualify for a refund.

4. Non-Custodial Independence

Since FlowNetPro never touches your assets or takes custody of your funds, you don’t have to wait for us to “release” anything. Your relationship with your downstream service providers remains entirely independent of your status with us.

5. Data Handling Post-Service

  • Regulatory Archiving: We maintain encrypted backups of your billing history and basic account identity for 7 years to satisfy Pakistani tax (FBR) and corporate (SECP) requirements.
  • Metadata Purge: Technical request logs (IPs, headers, timestamps) are permanently erased from our systems 30 days post-termination to ensure maximum privacy for your past operations.
