Data Processor Status: Under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2026, FlowNetPro acts as a Data Processor. You (the Client) remain the Data Controller of all end-user information passing through our APIs.
Zero-Custody Principle: We do not hold, manage, or store your assets, digital funds, or private credentials. We focus purely on the velocity and accuracy of the data transmission.

2. Data Collection & Processing

To maintain our high-performance standards, we collect minimal technical data:

System Metadata: IP addresses, request headers, API keys, and response latency metrics.
Routing Logs: Temporary logs required to ensure the successful delivery of API calls to your chosen third-party endpoints.
Account Information: Basic business contact details for billing and technical notifications.

3. Purpose of Data Usage

We process information strictly to:

Facilitate high-concurrency API handshakes between your enterprise and external services.
Optimize routing paths to ensure the lowest possible latency for your digital workflows.
Prevent technical fraud and unauthorized access in compliance with the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016.

4. Data Localization (Pakistan)

FlowNetPro is built for the Pakistan market. We utilize localized server nodes within Pakistan to ensure that sensitive data remains within national borders, fulfilling the localization requirements of the PDPA 2026 and minimizing cross-border latency.

5. Advanced Security & Encryption

Our “Velocity-First” approach does not compromise on security:

In-Transit Protection: All data packets are encrypted using TLS 1.3 and AES-256 protocols.

Purge Metadata: Request the deletion of historical metadata, subject to legal audit requirements.
