Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the high-velocity API-based digital service platform at FlowNetPro.online (“the Platform”). By integrating with our APIs, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms.

1. The Service: High-Velocity Orchestration

FlowNetPro provides a non-custodial technical conduit designed for high-concurrency data routing and API orchestration.

Infrastructure Only: FlowNetPro is a Technical Service Provider (TSP). We do not hold, manage, or take custody of any financial assets, user funds, or private keys.
Performance Focus: Our service is optimized for low-latency data transmission between the Client and third-party service providers.

2. Technical Usage & Rate Limits

To maintain platform stability for all partners, the following usage rules apply:

Concurrency Limits: The Client agrees to adhere to the per-second request limits (RPS) defined in their selected service tier.
Fair Use: Any attempt to circumvent rate limits or engage in activity that degrades the platform velocity for other users may result in immediate temporary throttling.
Integration: The Client is solely responsible for the security and maintenance of their internal integration code and API key management.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Uptime Commitment: FlowNetPro targets a 99.9% availability for its API gateway.
Latency Standards: We strive to maintain industry-leading internal routing speeds; however, we are not responsible for latency introduced by third-party endpoints or the Client’s own network.
Maintenance: Emergency security patches may be applied without notice, though we aim to provide 24-hour notice for any scheduled infrastructure upgrades.

4. Liability & Non-Custodial Safeguards

Zero-Custody Liability: As a technical conduit, FlowNetPro shall not be held liable for any loss of funds, data corruption, or failed transactions occurring at the source (Client) or destination (Third-Party) systems.
Indirect Damages: FlowNetPro is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or lost-profit damages resulting from technical interruptions or API errors.
Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify FlowNetPro against any claims arising from the Client’s breach of local regulations, including PECA 2016.

5. Intellectual Property

Proprietary Rights: All API structures, documentation, software, and the FlowNetPro brand are the exclusive property of FlowNetPro.
Usage License: The Client is granted a limited, revocable license to utilize the APIs for the duration of the active subscription period.

6. Billing and Payments

Subscription Model: Fees are billed based on the agreed-upon volume or flat-rate tier.
Non-Refundable: All payments are for the provision of high-availability technical resources and are non-refundable.

7. Termination

Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend API access if the Client’s traffic patterns suggest a security breach or a “Denial of Service” (DoS) attempt.
Closure: Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, all API keys will be revoked, and the Client must cease all calls to the FlowNetPro gateway.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.
